Shared Wallets
No need to argue about money anymore. ðĪŠ Shared wallets are the perfect solution for everyone who wants to track their money with more users. You will have a superb overview of who paid for what and how much you all spend in total. It is suitable for roommates ð couples ð or families. ðŠ
A shared wallet is a paid feature, thus it is available for subscribers of the Plus or Premium plan.
How to share a wallet? ð
Go to Wallets Overview and choose the wallet you want to share â open the wallet â click the button with 3 dots in the right upper corner â click the "Share Wallet with Other People" button and type in the e-mail address of the user you want to invite. Once they accept your invitation in the mobile app or via email, you are ready to start tracking your expenses together! ð

What is the difference between an owner and a guest in a shared wallet? ðĪ
Both of you can use the shared wallet just like any other - you can add, edit or delete any transaction, no matter who has added it to the wallet. However, the shared wallet is always showing the owner's categories and the guests can't edit them or add any new ones.
Do all members of the shared wallet need to be on the Premium plan? ð
No, only the owner needs to be on the Plus/Premium plan. All the guests can use the Free version of the app.
Can you share bank account wallets? ðļ
At the moment, you, unfortunately, can't share bank account wallets. It's on our feature wishlist however and we are considering implementing this sometime in the future.
Can you share the budgets inside of a shared wallet? ð°
Unfortunately, you cannot do that for the time being. You can all create the same budgets inside of the shared wallet and transactions from all users in the shared wallet will be accounted into them, however, it will be your personal budget with your own settings. Also, please note that Free users invited into shared wallets can still have only one budget. In case you want to use multiple budgets, you need to purchase the Plus subscription.
