How to create a custom category?

Want to organize your finances your way? Spendee lets you create custom categories and personalize how you track your transactions. 🎨 You can choose your own category name, color, and icon to make managing your money even easier! 💰

How to create a custom category in the mobile app: 📱

1. Open the Spendee app.
2. Go to More
3. Tap on Categories
4. Choose whether you want to add an Expense or Income category.
5. Click the + button in the bottom left corner
6. Choose the category name, color, and icon. 🎨
7. Save your changes. ✅

How to create a custom category in the Web App: 🖥️

1. Open Settings in the top-right corner (click your name/avatar to access it).
2. Select All Categories.
3. Create your custom category at the top of the page by choosing its name, color, icon, and type.
4. Click Create Category. ✅
