What are pending transactions and how to edit them?
You can sometimes see some transactions with the sign "Pending" next to them. 😱 These are transactions that have already been deducted from your bank account but are yet to be posted. These transactions cannot be edited at the moment - you need to wait for them to become posted. ✅
What should you do in case your transactions seem to be pending for a long time?
First thing - check the Web App. In case your transactions don't have the "Pending" sign attached to them there anymore, reinstalling the app may help. 👍🏼 Make sure that all your manually entered transactions are fully synced between the mobile app and the Web App before reinstalling the app or you may experience data loss. 🤯
In case they are in the pending state in the Web App, too, and it has been more than a week, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll check what's wrong. 🧐
