What is 2-factor authentification?

Some of the bank providers we are supporting in Spendee are using 2-factor verification such as SMS code, QR code, etc. ⚒ That means it's not possible to automatically sync these accounts (even though you may not use the 2-factor verification for the bank provider 😔). However, you can sync accounts manually once per hour by pulling down on the screen in your bank account wallet 👛 When you sync your bank account manually, you will be asked to provide the 2-factor authentication every time. Please, bear in mind that this is an element necessary for the security of your bank account 💳
