Having trouble with your credentials?
- Check that you don't have any typos in the ID and password
- Try logging in to on your bank's internet banking
a) If your credentials work, try them again in the Spendee app
b) If your credentials don't work, reset them on your bank's internet banking
3. Input your new credentials in the Spendee app again
