Duplicated transactions

If you find any duplicated transactions imported from your bank accounts to Spendee, please contact our support at hello@spendee.com.

To help us identify the problem more effectively, we invite you to send us the following information:

  1. Your account email
  2. Date of the duplicated transaction(s)
  3. The specific account and  the bank is it happening on
  4. Screenshots (personal information may be hidden)
  5. If they are also duplicated in the web app at app.spendee.com
